confessions . . .

i do not have an iPod. never have. don't know exactly how it works (i know generally but i'm also generally quite ignorant) . my friend calls me a "new media queen," which, given what i don't know is funny.

but so i think this is the iPod i want (8 gb). i don't know if that's foolish or not. maybe i should start w/a littlenano (redundancy noted).

so, generally then, i'm reaching out to my dear readers for advice, tips, what-to-and-what-not-to-do w/r/t iPod.

no laughing . . .

if you're gonna drop 300 bones on an iPod, you might as well get an iPhone for 100 bucks more.

i don't have one, but i've played with one. they're pretty sweet. also, i'm not sure what you'll be using it (your iPod) for, but if you have plenty of space on your hard-drive to store your music, you could save some dough by buying a smaller iPod (perhaps the "littlenano"?). true, you'd probably be able to store only about 1000 songs on the nano, but you can remove and add songs from your computer whenever you like...

that's where i'm leaning, Debra. thanks. i think i love the granny smith apple green one. but the pink is cute (something weird happened in my 40's; i've learned to love pink, which i had resisted for so long. what's up w/ that?).

thanks for writing ;)

I have had a 4 G nano for two years and it is barely half-full. Of course I do purge now and then. But it is great for music and catching podcasts of radio shows on your own time.

The touchscreen is very cool but the nano is so small that you can easily take it anywhere. And saves $$$.
